Terms of Service

Last updated: 4 October 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at erevoss.com (the "Site") and any services provided by SXS Media Limited, trading as Erevoss ("Erevoss", "we", "us" or "our").

By using the Site or booking a call with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Our services

Erevoss provides outbound lead generation and appointment-setting services for businesses.

Our services may include:

  • cold email outreach
  • lead list building
  • domain and inbox setup
  • email infrastructure
  • campaign copywriting and testing
  • reply handling
  • lead qualification
  • appointment booking
  • appointment confirmations and reminders
  • performance reporting

The exact scope, deliverables, pricing and terms of any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement, proposal or order form between you and Erevoss (a "Client Agreement").

If a Client Agreement conflicts with these Terms, the Client Agreement takes priority.

2. Strategy calls

Booking a strategy call is free and does not create any obligation for either party.

We may decline to work with any business at our discretion.

Anything discussed during a call is for general discussion only unless it is later confirmed in writing in a Client Agreement.

3. Fees and payment

Fees and payment terms are set out in your Client Agreement.

Erevoss may use a pay-per-qualified-appointment pricing model.

Unless your Client Agreement says otherwise:

  • invoices are due on receipt
  • fees are exclusive of applicable taxes
  • appointments are only chargeable if they meet the definition of a qualified appointment in section 14

If an invoice remains unpaid for more than 7 days, Erevoss may pause all active campaigns until the account is brought up to date.

The campaign may resume once outstanding invoices have been paid.

4. Results

Erevoss does not guarantee any specific number of appointments, sales, revenue, return on investment or other commercial result unless a specific guarantee is expressly stated in a Client Agreement.

Any examples, case studies, benchmarks or results shown on the Site are for illustration only.

Results vary and may depend on factors outside our control, including:

  • your offer
  • pricing
  • market
  • target audience
  • lead quality
  • sales process
  • sales ability
  • response times
  • availability
  • market conditions

Past results do not guarantee future performance.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

  • provide accurate information about your business, offer and target market
  • provide timely access to any tools, calendars, accounts or data reasonably needed to deliver the service
  • maintain enough calendar availability for booked appointments
  • attend booked appointments
  • provide feedback on appointment quality within 24 hours of the sales call
  • keep your invoices up to date
  • cooperate with us in campaign setup and optimisation

You are responsible for your own sales process and for closing any opportunities generated through Erevoss.

6. Marketing and data compliance

You agree to cooperate with Erevoss so that outreach can be carried out in line with applicable marketing, privacy and telecommunications laws.

Where personal data is used for direct marketing, you are responsible for ensuring that an appropriate lawful basis and any required notices, consents or opt-out mechanisms are in place.

Erevoss may rely on information, targeting criteria and data supplied by you when carrying out outreach on your behalf.

7. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, videos and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Erevoss and may not be copied, reproduced or reused without our written permission.

Ownership of systems, campaigns, workflows, data, copy or other materials created during a client engagement is governed by the relevant Client Agreement.

8. Third-party services

The Site and our services may use third-party platforms and services.

These may include:

  • Wistia
  • YouTube
  • calendar and scheduling software
  • email infrastructure providers
  • CRM platforms
  • analytics tools
  • other software used to deliver our services

Your use of third-party platforms may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Erevoss is not responsible for outages, changes, restrictions or failures caused by third-party services outside our reasonable control.

9. Disclaimer

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no guarantee that the Site will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose.

Nothing on the Site should be treated as financial, legal or professional advice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Erevoss will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our services.

This includes loss of:

  • profits
  • revenue
  • business
  • data
  • goodwill
  • anticipated savings

Any liability connected with a paid client engagement will be subject to the limits set out in the relevant Client Agreement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

11. Privacy

We may collect information that you provide to us, including when you:

  • book a call
  • contact us
  • submit a form
  • become a client
  • communicate with us about our services

We use this information to respond to you, provide our services, manage client relationships and operate our business.

We do not sell your personal information.

Further details may be set out in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they were most recently changed.

Your continued use of the Site after updated Terms are published means the updated Terms will apply to your future use of the Site.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site.

14. Qualified appointments and payment

Erevoss may charge clients on a pay-per-qualified-appointment basis.

A qualified appointment is an appointment where all of the following apply:

  • the prospect is a decision-maker or key influencer in the buying process
  • the prospect's company matches the agreed targeting criteria
  • the prospect has expressed genuine interest in discussing the client's product or service
  • the appointment is booked into the client's calendar
  • the prospect attends the scheduled call
  • the prospect is not a competitor, recruiter or vendor unless otherwise agreed

If the prospect does not attend the appointment, the client is not charged for that appointment.

If the prospect attends but does not meet the agreed qualification criteria, the appointment is not chargeable.

If the prospect attends the scheduled appointment but the client, salesperson or other designated representative fails to attend, the appointment will still be treated as a qualified appointment and the applicable appointment fee will remain payable.

Client-side no-shows, late cancellations or failures to attend do not make an otherwise qualified appointment non-chargeable.

The client must provide feedback on appointment quality within 24 hours of the sales call.

If no feedback is provided within that period, Erevoss may treat the appointment as accepted unless the Client Agreement states otherwise.

15. Sales readiness

Erevoss is designed for businesses that already have a proven offer and an established sales process.

As a general guideline, clients should be able to close at least 15% of qualified appointments.

If a client's close rate is significantly below this level, Erevoss may recommend changes to the offer, targeting or sales process before increasing outbound volume.

Erevoss is responsible for generating and qualifying sales opportunities.

The client remains responsible for:

  • conducting sales calls
  • following their sales process
  • presenting their offer
  • handling objections
  • closing deals
  • collecting payment from their customers

16. Suspension of services

Erevoss may temporarily pause campaigns if:

  • invoices remain unpaid for more than 7 days
  • required access is not provided
  • the client fails to approve required campaign materials
  • continued outreach would create a legal, compliance, deliverability or reputational risk

Where practical, we will notify the client before pausing services.

Campaigns may resume once the relevant issue has been resolved.

17. Text messaging (SMS)

SXS Media Limited, trading as Erevoss, may send text messages to the mobile number you provide when you book a call with us, based on the consent you choose to give.

There are two separate types of text message. You can agree to one, both or neither. Agreeing to either is optional and is not a condition of booking a call.

Appointment messages

If you tick the box to receive non-marketing text messages, we will send you messages about your booked appointment. These include booking confirmations and appointment reminders containing your appointment title, date, time, time zone and meeting link or location.

Marketing messages

If you separately tick the box to receive marketing text messages, we may also send you marketing and promotional messages, such as special offers, discounts and updates about new services. We only send marketing messages to people who have opted in to them.

Message frequency

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to 3 appointment messages per booked appointment, sent within the 48 hours before your appointment. If you have opted in to marketing messages, their frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Opting out and getting help

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" in reply to any message from us. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at sunny@erevoss.com.

Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy
